Stallion Accident, Sickness and Disease Infertility:
This insurance provides coverage should your proven stallion become permanently incapable of settling mares in foal as a result of an accident, sickness or disease occurring during the policy term. (Coverage is not available for stallions in their first breeding season.)Supplemental Application Required
Embryo Insurance
This insurance provides coverage on your unborn foal including embryo transfers. Once your mare or the recipient mare is confirmed in foal by an ultrasound exam at 42 days after the last breeding, insurance protection can be purchased to protect your investment in the embryo until 30 days after birth of the foal. The insurance will reimburse you should the fetus be aborted, delivery of a dead foal, loss of the unborn foal due to the death of the mare and should the foal not survive to 30 days after birth.
Loss Of Use:
Permanent inability to perform the use of the insured animal as stated on the policy.

Pleasure
Halter
Endurance/Distance
Eventing
Field Hunters
Breeding
Fox Hunting
External Injury Only Loss Of Use:
This coverage provides that in the event your horse becomes permanently unable to perform its insured use as a result of a visible, external, accidental and violet means injury occurring during the policy period, you will be paid a percentage of the mortality amount of insurance under the policy. Available for horses age 12 months through 17 years.
Coverage requirements:
Major Medical/Surgical for horses age 12 months through 15 years. Surgical Only for horses age 16 and 17 years
Full Loss Of Use Including Economic Destruction:
This coverage provides that in the event your horse suffers from an accident, injury, illness or disease during the policy period and as a result is permanently unable to perform its insured use, or that the cost of surgical or medical support is not economically viable, you will be paid a percentage of the mortality amount of insurance due under the policy.
Available for horses ages 2 through 12 years Coverage requirements :
